Izzy is registered with the American Paint Horse Association as a Tovero. Tovero is given when coloration marks simulate both Tobiano and Overo. Even though Izzy has no overo in his background he does have a bald face and a medicine hat which give him the coloration markings to classify the Tovero Registration. Izzy's Dam is a Tobiano, APHA paint horse and his sire is an AQHA quarter horse. He has the well known IMPRESSIVE in his background. He has been tested HYPP N/N.
